1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the IronVault website and facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not access the facility or use our services.
2. Membership & Access
Membership to IronVault is strictly capped and granted by application only. We reserve the right to refuse membership or revoke access at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if a member violates facility protocols or endangers others.
3. Assumption of Risk
Elite performance training carries inherent risks. By participating in IronVault protocols, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with intense physical exertion. You agree that IronVault and its coaching staff are not liable for any injuries sustained on the premises.
4. Facility Conduct
Members must adhere to strict conduct guidelines. Photography and videography are strictly prohibited within the facility to protect the privacy of our elite clientele. Equipment must be treated with respect, and the environment must remain focused.
